Geometric Mean Titer (GMT/幾何平均效價) 計算方法

GMT是用來判斷免疫相關藥劑是否有效的依據。

以下四個參數將被使用在評估各家疫苗廠施打疫苗前後抗體效價變化的指標:幾何平均抗體效價 GMT (Geometric mean titer)、 血清轉換率seroconversion rate、 血清轉換係數 seroconversion factor 及血清保護率seroprotection rate.這些參數定義內容如下：
